At E.F. Walter, our quality policy is to understand, meet and exceed our Customers' needs and expectations for our Consumer and Industrial Products. Achieving ISO 9001 is just a step towards this goal. We developed the Quality Management System to ensure our employees are trained in the latest processes and safety procedures.

We strive to continually improve our performance through a number of measures: analyzing sets of performance measures in our Quality System, at monthly meetings with our Quality System Improvement Teams and through post-mortems on our non-conformances.  

Ensuring our product and quality control processes are best-in-class is not just a goal for us at EF Walter it's engrained in all we do. My job is to ensure "good enough" is never part of our vocabulary.
